Returns

We want you to love every item you purchase from Théava. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To start a return, please contact our team at:
    📧 info@theava.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Used products or items without original packaging

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Email us at info@theava.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please include photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will resolve it as quickly as possible — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
