You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom items

Used products or items without original packaging
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Email us at info@theava.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include photos and a description of the issue.

We will resolve it as quickly as possible — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
